How do I book an appointment?
You can book your appointment online through our booking system, or you can call/text us at [678-310--3335] if you have questions or need assistance.

What do I need to do before my appointment?

• No eye makeup: Please arrive with a clean face, especially around the eye area.

• No contacts: Please remove your contacts before your appointment. (not enforced, but recommended)

• Lessen caffeine intake: This is so your eyes can relax!

How do I prepare for my Lash Extension appointment?
There’s no special prep needed! Just follow the guidelines above, and come with clean lashes to get the best results.

What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring yourself and any necessary forms of payment. We’ve got everything else covered for you!

Can I bring a guest or my kids?
Yes, guests are welcome! You can bring a friend or family member to relax on our bench, or they can wait in our front lobby or explore the nearby town center. If you bring a pet, please let us know ahead of time and ensure they are calm.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require a deposit to hold your spot. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. Last-minute cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit and a new deposit for any future appointments.

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds on services. However, we stand by our GentlyLashed LLC Guarantee. If you have concerns about your service, let us know within 72 hours, and we’ll fix it for you.

What if I’m running late?
Please let us know if you’re running late. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your appointment or reschedule.

What materials do you use for lash extensions?
We use vegan and cruelty-free synthetic lashes that mimic the softness and lightness of real mink. These lashes are comfortable and safe for your eyes!

How long do Lash Extensions last?
Lash extensions typically last 4-6 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle. We recommend fills every 2-3 weeks to keep your lashes looking fresh.

Can I get a lash lift if I wear contact lenses?
Yes, you can! Just be sure to remove your contacts before your appointment for your comfort.

What if I have sensitive eyes or allergies?
If you have sensitive eyes or allergies, please let us know before your appointment. We offer hypoallergenic options, and we'll make sure you're comfortable throughout the process.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer gift cards in any amount. Perfect for a birthday, holiday, or just a thoughtful treat for someone special!

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
