All appointments require a $25 safety deposit to secure your spot. Your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable and can be submitted via Venmo, Zelle, or Square.

Please submit your deposit within 2 hours of booking. We can only hold your spot for a short time before opening it to other clients.

✨ The good news? Your deposit is deducted from your total on the day of your appointment.

⚠️If the deposit is not received on the same day of booking, the appointment will be automatically cancelled.

Your remaining balance is due at your appointment. We gladly accept all of the following:

Please notify us if you're running behind! Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may result in a shortened service or cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Respecting appointment times helps us provide the best quality service to all our lovely clients. 🌺

If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be marked as a No Show and your deposit will be forfeited. Rebooking will require a new deposit.

If you currently have lashes from a different artist, they will need to be removed before we begin.

Appointments must be rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance. Last-minute changes will result in a forfeited deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

We understand that unexpected situations come up. Just please plan ahead whenever possible, as last-minute changes affect both your technician and other clients waiting for appointments.

Rescheduling on the same day as your appointment is treated as a late cancellation. Your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Canceling your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

We completely understand! If you need to cancel due to illness, please cancel and wait until you're fully recovered before rescheduling. We ask that you rebook within 48 hours of your cancellation to retain your deposit.

After 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required.

For everyone's safety and well-being, please don't come in feeling unwell. We'll be here when you feel better! πŸ’›

Kids are welcome to accompany you during your appointment. How sweet! πŸŽ€

Bringing a pet? Please let us know in advance and ensure they are calm and well-behaved.

Guests are welcome to relax on the bench in the room, wait in the front lobby, or explore the Duluth Town Center. 🌸

We guarantee our absolute best work every single visit. If you have any concerns about your service, please let us know within 48 hours and we will make it right.

After 48 hours, any needed fixes will no longer be covered under the GentlyLashed LLC Guarantee.
