The following policies are in place to ensure you have the best experience. Please review them before booking to stay informed.

Before Your Appointment / Deposit Policy
All appointments require a prepay non-refundable & non-transferable safety deposit ($25)
on the credit card/payment processing app (Venmo, Zelle, Square) used to secure an appointment online.
Important:
To secure your appointment, please submit your deposit within 2 hours of booking.
We can only hold your spot for a short time before it’s made available to others.
Your deposit guarantees your appointment, and we can’t wait to see you!
If the deposit is not received on the same day of the booking, the appointment will be cancelled.
This deposit will be deducted from your total on the day of your appointment.
Payment Forms Accepted
Your remaining balance is due at your appointment.
Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, Debit Card or Credit Card is accepted.
Late Policy
Please notify us if you are running late to your appointment.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may result in a shortened service or cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Respecting appointment times helps us provide quality service to all clients.
No-Show Policy:
If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be marked as a No Show and your deposit will be forfeited. Rebooking will require a new deposit. Please respect our time as we do yours.
No foreign Fills
If you have lashes from a different lash artist, they will need to be removed prior to starting.
Please select: ‘yes, i need a removal’ in the form above to let me know if this is the case
Rescheduling Policy
Appointments must be rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance.
Last-minute changes will result in a forfeited deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
We understand that unexpected situations can come up.
However, last-minute changes impact both your technician’s schedule and other clients.
Please reschedule in advance whenever possible.
Same-Day Rescheduling Policy:
If you choose to reschedule on the same day as your appointment, it will be treated as a late cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
Please be mindful that last-minute changes affect scheduling and availability for other clients.
Cancellation Policy
The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Canceling your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
A new deposit will be required to reschedule.
Sickness/Illness Policy
If you need to cancel due to illness, we understand. However, we ask that you wait until fully recovered before rescheduling. Appointments should be rescheduled within 48 hours of cancellation. If you wait longer, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
For everyone's safety, if you're feeling unwell, please wait until fully recovered before booking again
Guest & Pet Policy
Kids are welcome to accompany you during your appointment.
If you bring a pet, please let me know in advance and ensure they are calm and well-behaved.
Guests can either relax on the bench in the room, wait in the front lobby, or explore the Duluth Town Center.
Our Promise
We guarantee our best work.
If you have concerns about your service, let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll make it right.
After 48 hours, any needed fixes will no longer be covered under the GentlyLashed LLC Guarantee.
Refunds & Pricing
We do not offer refunds on any services, but we stand by our GentlyLashed LLC Guarantee.
