The policies listed below have been implemented to help you have the best understanding and experience possible. Before booking an appointment, we ask our clients to read the guidelines to ensure they are appropriately informed.

Before Your Appointment / Deposit Policy

All appointments require a prepay non-refundable & non-transferable safety deposit ($25)

on the credit card/payment processing app (Venmo, Zelle, Square) used to secure an appointment online.

If the deposit is not received on the same day of the booking, the appointment will be cancelled.

This deposit will be deducted from your total.

Payment Forms Accepted

Your remaining balance is due at your appointment.
Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, Debit Card or Credit Card is accepted.

Late Policy

Please inform us if you will be arriving late for your eyelash appointment.

Failure to do so may result in changes to the service, such as a shortened appointment or cancellation.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and any deposits made will be forfeited.

If we do not hear from you, the appointment will be marked as a "No Show" and you will be charged the full cost of the service.

To avoid any fees, please reschedule or cancel the appointment in advance.

No foreign Fills

If you have lashes from a different lash artist, they will need to be removed prior to starting.

Please select: ‘yes, i need a removal’ in the form above to let me know if this is the case

Rescheduling Policy
To avoid unfair delays to clients,

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be necessary to reschedule.

A new deposit($25) will be required.
 
We understand that unforeseen circumstances (emergencies, travel, work, appointments, etc)

may arise that could force you to postpone/reschedule your service.

However, please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

The deposit ($25) is non-refundable & non-transferable

Canceling your appointment for any reason will result in losing your deposit,

and additional deposit ($25) will be required to make a new appointment reservation..

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the service price.
Same day Cancellations & No Shows will result in charge 100% of the service.

The deposit will be deducted during check out.

COVID-19 / Illness Safety Measures

COVID-19 & Sickness/Illness : All last-minute cancellations due to illness /sickness will be waived

but be aware that you will be put on a 14-day quarantine.

Guest Policy

Although we would love to have extra guests our studio, our space is limited at this time.

Only the artist and the client getting the service are allowed in the studio.

They are more than welcome to go to nearby cafes or wait in the car for you.

Our Promise

We guarantee our best work.

If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 72 hours, and we will fix it to your satisfaction.

If you don’t notify us after 72 hours, any services that need to be fixed will no longer fall into the “GentlyLashed LLC Guarantee”

Refunds & Pricing

We do not offer refunds on any services. However, we offer GentlyLashed LLC Guarantee on our services.
