Lash Lift FAQ

Lash Lift / Lash Lift & Tint FAQ

What is a Lash Lift?
A Lash Lift is a semi-permanent treatment that curls and lifts your natural lashes, giving them a longer, more defined look without extensions. It’s like a perm for your lashes!

What is a Lash Lift and Tint?
A Lash Lift and Tint includes the same lash lift as above, but with the added benefit of a tint to darken and define your lashes, giving them a fuller, mascara-like appearance.

How long does a Lash Lift last?
A Lash Lift typically lasts 6-8 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle. By the 6th week, the curl will begin to relax and your lashes will return to their natural shape.

How long does a Lash Lift and Tint take?
A Lash Lift and Tint usually takes around 1 hour to complete. It’s a quick and easy way to enhance your lashes without the maintenance of extensions!

Can I wear makeup after a Lash Lift or Lash Lift and Tint?
You can wear makeup, but avoid mascara for the first 24 hours after your appointment. This gives the lift and tint time to set. After that, feel free to apply makeup as usual!

How do I care for my lashes after a Lash Lift?

  • Avoid water and steam for the first 24 hours after your treatment.

  • Don’t rub your eyes or lash area.

  • Avoid using oil-based products near your lashes, as they can affect the curl.

  • Use a gentle cleanser to wash your face and lashes.

Will a Lash Lift damage my natural lashes?
No! When done correctly by a trained technician, a Lash Lift should not damage your natural lashes. The process is safe and gentle, but make sure to follow aftercare instructions to keep your lashes healthy.

Can I get a Lash Lift if I wear contact lenses?
Yes, you can! Just make sure to remove your contacts before the treatment begins. It’s best to arrive with your contacts out to ensure comfort during the procedure.

Can I get a Lash Lift if I have short or sparse lashes?
Yes! Even with shorter lashes, a Lash Lift can create a more lifted, open-eyed look. However, keep in mind that if your lashes are very sparse or thin, the results may not be as dramatic.

How often should I get a Lash Lift or Tint?
For the best results, schedule a Lash Lift or Lash Lift and Tint every 6-8 weeks to maintain the curl and color.

Will the tint stain my skin?
No, the tint is safe and won’t stain your skin. However, make sure not to touch the eye area immediately after the tint to avoid any irritation.
